Casa Vinicola Canella is a family-run company founded in 1947 in San Donà di Piave. It has established itself as one of the leading producers in the Conegliano-Valdobiedene area, with modern viticulture and a tradition in Prosecco.
Variety: 100% Glera
Terroir: the vineyards are in the hills around Conegliano and Valdobiedene - soils are mainly clayey with good drainage, a temperate climate with significant day-night amplitudes, ideal for preserving freshness and aromatic purity.
Vinification: primary fermentation at a controlled temperature, followed by secondary fermentation using the Charmat method in stainless steel. The wine is aged on the lees for 2-3 months, without contact with oak.

Colour: straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles
Aroma: fresh and expressive – green apple, pear, citrus notes and floral accents
Taste: balanced and energetic – with juicy acidity, fruity nuances and a clean, mineral finish
Food pairing: excellent as an aperitif, with seafood, fish, sushi, salads, champagne canapés and light appetizers
Serving temperature: 6°–8°C
Aging potential: recommended for consumption within the first 2 years after harvest to preserve freshness and delicacy
