Midalidare Rose Extra Brut NV Magnum In the spirit of world winemaking practices and centuries-old tradition in established wine regions, the Midalidare Sparkling Wine project was launched. The beginning was made more than 10 years ago, when, after a careful study of the terroir, new vineyards of the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier varieties were gradually planted. The plots on which the vines are planted are located in the Prisovete and Dabovets areas. In harmony with Midalidare's winemaking philosophy, a new winery is being built, where the sparkling drink is created under the expert guidance of agronomists Francesco Fogolin and Ivan Kolaxzov and oenologists Marco Zizioli, Nikolay Katerov and Alexander Alexiev.
