This cava is made with a selection of Pinot Noir grapes from Espiells Estate picked by hand and carried in small cases in the optimal ripeness, thus preserving the integrity of the bunches. With a slight press of undestemmed grapes, a magnificent pale must turns into a unique base wine through a static “debourbage” and a controlled fermentation. 25 months on lees in deep, dark and quiet cellars, enhances the aroma, refine the taste, shape the structure and temper the lively foamability. A nice golden colour with light reddish hints recalling the varietal origin. Thin bubbles rise up in fine strings and make an appealing and persistent “crown”. The aroma is amazing. Classical notes of white fruits, unusual aromas of cherries with honey, toasty and citrus hints. An elegant and complex aroma. In the palate the structure and fruitiness is excellent. The splendid effervescence cares - ses the palate with nice creaminess. Sticky, fresh, intense and persistent, plenty of outstanding feelings while enjoyed

With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.

For customer convenience, orders placed by 3:30 PM can be picked up on the same business day by 4:30 PM from the warehouse of “Meik-98” Ltd. (Sofia, 13 Filip Kutev Street).
