The sparkling wine Midalidare Blanc de Blancs was launched in 2019, it is produced entirely according to the traditional method, with fermentation in the bottle, a minimum of 18 months of maturation on the lees and is made with extreme attention to detail. Name and origin: Sparkling wine from Bulgaria, Chardonnay "Midalidare Sparkling" Blanc de Blanc according to the traditional method (classic champagne production technology), Thracian Lowland, Mogilovo; Midalidare's own vineyards. The grapes were grown on the Prisovete and Dabovets vineyards (certified for organic production). Variety: 100% Chardonnay from Prisovete and Dabovets. Vintage: Non-vintage. Volume: 750 ml.
