Description

Gergana Reserve Brut Tsarev Brod is a high-class natural sparkling wine made using the classic method.

Variety: 100% Gergana (our oldest rows of the Gergana variety, planted in 2011. The yield from these rows is intentionally reduced, thus with a low yield, the grapes show more qualities and more of a sense of Tsarev Brod terroir)

Vinification: In our vineyard at 250m above sea level in the village of Tsarev Brod (Shumen region), we pick the grapes in early September, when the acidity is high and the sugars are low. It goes through fermentation and development in stainless steel tanks for 12 months. This is followed by a bottling process and a secondary fermentation, which forms the sparkling nature of the wine. Development in the bottle lasts 24 months.

Organoleptic characteristics

Aroma: attractive nose with plenty of buttery toast and honey, delicate notes of butter-glazed yellow fruits

Taste: soft, juicy, attractive, but also dry with a buttery-caramel finish

Serving temperature: 6-8 °C

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
