Clase Azul Mezcal San Luis Potosí is an ultra-premium mezcal made from green agave (Agave salmiana), native to the semi-desert slopes and plains of the state of San Luis Potosí. The agave matures in its natural environment amidst significant climatic and terroir influences, which gives the drink an expressive presence and authentic roots.

The preparation of the mezcal follows traditional techniques: roasting the agave, in order to develop depth and sweetness in the aroma, followed by fermentation and double distillation, which preserves the character of the agave and authenticity in the spirit profile.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: crystal clear with subtle silvery reflections.
Aroma: complex bouquet of roasted agave, caramel, green peppers, sweet fruits and fresh hay, with delicate floral nuances.
Taste: herbal base with accents of caramel, lime peel and cloves, ending with a mineral and spicy aftertaste.
Finish: clean, long and harmonious, balancing freshness and dry spice tones.

The decanter is handmade from ceramic and inspired by the legends and desert landscapes of San Luis Potosí. The cap is decorated with a colorful yarn applique depicting mountains, valleys and red finches — symbols of regional identity — and requires over three hours of meticulous handwork.

Recommended serving temperature: 18°–20 °C — the optimal temperature to reveal the complex aromatic and flavor profile of the mezcal.
