Description

Pacharán is traditionally made by macerating sloe berries in anise for 3 months. Sloe berries, known as arañón in Navarre, is the fruit of the Prunus spinosa shrub, which we commonly call the thorn. It belongs to the plum family, but is much smaller in size, smaller than cherries. in Zoco Pacharan we find delicate aromas of plums and cherries, in the mouth there is a velvety palate, fresh acidity coming from the sloe berries, balanced by the sweetness of anise.
