Technology: Achieving perfection in Isperih brandies begins with selecting the best ripe fruits in the region. Maintaining excellent quality is ensured through the long-standing relationships built with carefully selected fruit producers, who also follow strict rules in the production of their products. The fermentation of the fruits takes place at controlled temperatures, which is a guarantee for maximum preservation of the aromas of the fruits. After the fermentation is completed, the distillation process is carried out in Swiss copper vessels under strict and continuous control, which ensures the constant high quality of the resulting pure, intense distillate. The process of periodic distillation ensures the complete removal of all unwanted components and guarantees the complete extraction of all aromas.
