Savoy Gin – Bulgarian gin, produced in the town of Karnobat. The brand is part of the distillery’s portfolio and offers a classic style of gin with a pronounced juniper character and balanced taste.
Raw materials:
Produced on the basis of grain spirit, flavored with selected herbs and botanicals, among which juniper dominates. The recipe traditionally includes coriander, citrus peels and other spices, which shape the characteristic profile.
Distillation and technology:
After the neutral alcohol base, flavoring is carried out through maceration and/or re-distillation with botanicals. The process aims to achieve a clean, clear aroma and a harmonious balance between herbal and citrus nuances.
Organoleptic characteristics
Aroma:
Fresh and pronounced juniper nose, complemented by light citrus and spicy herbal nuances.
Taste:
Dry and clean taste with dominant juniper, balanced by fine spicy and citrus nuances. The finish is fresh, moderately long and slightly warming.
Pairings and consumption:
Suitable for classic cocktails such as Gin & Tonic, Tom Collins and Gin Fizz. Goes well with tonic, a slice of lemon or lime and ice.
