Citadel Jardin d'Ette or "summer garden" is produced by a progressive infusion of 22 plants and their parts, through distillation at extremely low temperatures in order to preserve the expressive freshness of the infusion of juniper, whole lemons and lemon zest, melon, zest of orange, yuzu zest, orris root, almond, fennel, star anise, cardamom, violets, nutmeg, savory, coriander, cubeba pepper, cinnamon, licorice, mountain savory, seeds of paradise, angelica root, szechuan pepper, cassia, cumin and cinnamon.
Aroma: Fresh and intense, with initial notes of juniper and citrus (yuzu, orange, candied lemon), followed by violets, fennel, with delicate sweet spices and licorice.
Taste: Elegant, with great freshness, continues the aromas with more sweet spices, more fruit like tangerine and melon. The evolution is with angelica, nutmeg, iris. The finish is very long, floral and fruity, with citrus, almond, cumin and oregano.
