It is aged for two years in American oak barrels of its own production, the first year in new oak, and the second year in four-year-old barrels.
Four-time cask change using traditional candle methods, from cask to cask, to manually separate the lees and avoid aggressive filtration.

TASTING NOTES:
A wine with a bright, garnet color and intense red cherry tones on the edge of the glass.
The nose has an intense aroma of ripe fruits, strawberries, raspberries, rounding off the pleasant balsamic notes of vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Balanced wine, with pleasant freshness and sweet, round tannins, giving way to a long, fruity and balsamic finish.
It stands out for its great gastronomic versatility, as it neither cancels out food nor is overshadowed by it. It is a perfect accompaniment to aperitifs, light snacks, appetizers and barbecues, as well as ideal for rice dishes, pasta and creams, as well as for grilled meats and soft fish.
