Description

20% of the vineyards are grown organically; the remainder is grown using Terra Vitis-certified sustainable practices. The soil composition is clay and limestone. The Mediterranean climate is warm and dry with the regulating influence of the Atlantic Ocean. Each variety is vinified separately. After a brief contact with the skin at a controlled temperature for six to eight days with light pressure with a pneumatic press, only the drained fruit juice is used.

TASTING NOTES Intense fruity notes of ripe black berries and blackcurrants. Smooth and soft aromas of ripe berries with a hint of licorice are captured. Best served slightly chilled. Goes well with red meat, cheese and sausages or just on its own!
