Grape composition: Merlot, Cabernet Franc
Location: Produced from vineyards around Saint-Émilion in the Bordeaux region, France.
Terroir: Clay-limestone soils with excellent drainage, characteristic of the right bank of Bordeaux, which contribute to the density, elegance and minerality of the wine. Moderate oceanic climate with favorable conditions for uniform ripening of the grapes.
Vinification: Hand-harvested and careful selection of grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by maceration to extract color and structure. Aged in oak barrels to develop complexity, finesse and harmony.
Organoleptic characteristics: Deep ruby colour. The nose reveals aromas of ripe black fruits – blackberry, cherry and plum, complemented by notes of vanilla, spices and slightly toasted oak. The taste is full-bodied and well-structured, with velvety tannins, good freshness and a long, elegant finish.
