Tasting Notes: Opaque dark red color with ruby hues. A gorgeous multi-layered bouquet with aromas of cherry jam, blueberries and chocolate, enveloped by notes of green coffee, spicy spices and oak. In the mouth it is fruity, with a spicy taste and an elegant oak tone. is a juicy, full-bodied wine with ripe tannins, excellent balance, a fresh and mineral finish and a long fruity aftertaste.

Serving suggestions: Midalidare Carbonic Maceration Petit Verdot pairs beautifully with grilled beef and pork topped with fruit sauce, roasted game meats and stews with wine sauce, briny cheeses and especially sheep's cheese, as well as Brie and Camembert with a blueberry topping; goes well with chocolate desserts and buttery pastries topped with black fruit jam. Recommended serving in (high stem, slightly tapering to the top large bubble, narrow mouth), Bordeaux (high stem, wide bubble, wide mouth) or standard red wine glass. The recommended serving temperature is 16-18°C. Decanting is recommended 30 minutes before consumption. In a dark and dry place at a temperature of 12-15°C. Ready to drink, but can age in bottle for at least 5 years.

With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
