Valmoissine is located on the site of the ancient Valmoissine monastery at 500 meters above sea level. This guarantees sunshine during the summer months, while remaining cool at night and limiting the possibility of spring frosts. The southern exposure of the vineyard gives the grapes perfect ripeness at the same time as the Grand Cru of Corton. The yield is small to ensure perfect ripeness and concentration of the grapes, factors that create the best quality wines. This results in an elegant wine with remarkable finesse.

Fermentation: Traditional in open tanks

Aging: 10 to 12 months aging in stainless steel tanks

Characteristics: Domaine de Valmoissine shows an intense, beautiful and brilliant ruby color. The nose is powerful, with notes of cherries. In the mouth the wine is harmonious and balanced, the finish shows fine tannins that will become silky with aging.

Serving suggestions: Pairs well with roasted meats, cheeses and soft stone fruits.

Potential: 3 ~ 5 years

The ideal serving temperature is 14-15°C.

With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
