Produced by Edoardo Miroglio Winery – one of the most prestigious wineries in Bulgaria, located in the Nova Zagora region, in the village of Elenovo. The winery was founded by the Italian entrepreneur Edoardo Miroglio and is known for its combination of Bulgarian terroir and Italian precision. The production is oriented towards the creation of elegant wines with finesse and pronounced varietal character.

Varietal composition: 100% Pinot Noir

Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Nova Zagora region, in Southern Bulgaria, on limestone-clay soils with a good drainage structure. The climate is moderately continental with warm days and cool nights, which helps the grapes ripen evenly and preserve their freshness and aroma.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked at optimal ripeness and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vessels, followed by malolactic fermentation. Part of the wine is aged in oak barrels to achieve a balance between fruit and woody nuances.
