Terroir:
The grapes come from vineyards in Western France, the Mouzillon region, characterized by a temperate oceanic climate, which helps preserve the freshness, subtle aromas and light body of the Pinot Noir variety.
Vinification:
Vinified in a fruity and fresh style, with a short maceration for gentle extraction of color and tannins. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, without aging in oak, to emphasize the lightness and fruit profile of the wine.
Organoleptic characteristics
Aroma:
Fresh and delicate nose with notes of cherry, raspberry and strawberry, complemented by light floral and fresh red fruit nuances.
Taste:
Light body with soft structure, fine tannins and refreshing acidity. The taste is juicy, fruity and extremely easy to drink, with a clean and pleasant finish.
Food pairings:
Suitable for light meats, chicken, turkey, pasta, pizza, salads and soft cheeses. Can also be served slightly chilled.
