Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the Melnik region, known for its warm climate and sandy-clay soils, which create conditions for excellent ripening and concentration of flavors.
Vinification:
Hand picking of grapes and careful selection. Fermentation at controlled temperature, followed by aging (partly in oak barrels) to achieve greater complexity and structure.

Aroma: Red fruits, cherry, raspberry, dried herbs and subtle spicy nuances
Taste: Medium-bodied, well-balanced, with soft tannins, freshness and an elegant, long finish
