Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Thracian Lowlands – a region with a mild continental climate, warm days and cool nights, which help preserve the freshness and aromatic profile of the variety. The soils are diverse, with good drainage, conducive to finesse and elegance.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with careful maceration to extract color and delicate tannins. The wine is partially aged in oak barrels, which contributes to additional complexity without dominating the fruit character.
