Produced by E.Mirolio – a modern Bulgarian winery located in central and northeastern Bulgaria, with a focus on creating quality red wines with a pronounced terroir character. Varietal composition: 100% Merlot

Terroir:
The vines are located on fertile clay and limestone soils, with a temperate continental climate. This terroir allows the grapes to develop a rich, ripe fruity aroma and soft tannins, while maintaining freshness and balance.

Vinification:
The grapes are hand-picked and undergo careful selection and pressing. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vessels to preserve the fruity character of the variety. The wine is left to age briefly to improve texture and complexity.
