Cabernet Sauvignon & Petit Verdot 2024 is an elegant Bordeaux style blend from the Midalidare series, created as an expression of the unique terroir of the village of Mogilovo. The wine combines the fruity concentration and structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the spicy character and depth of Petit Verdot. After maturation in French oak barrels, it impresses with a complex aroma, tight tannins and excellent potential for development in the bottle.

Terroir: The grapes come from the company's own vineyard estates "Karaliec" and "Shipkata", whose soils and favorable climate ensure excellent ripeness, concentration and varietal character.
Vinification: After cooling the grapes, careful sorting and cold maceration are carried out, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vessels. This is followed by post-fermentation maceration and maturation in French oak barrels, which adds additional complexity, velvety structure and elegant oak nuances.

Colour: Rich, vibrant dark ruby.
Aroma: Cranberry, gooseberry, black cherries, black and green pepper, green coffee and a subtle eucalyptus nuance.
Taste: Powerful, spicy wine with medium to full body, firm tannins and flavours of ripe berries, spices and elegant oak.
Finish: Long, spicy and memorable.
Food pairing: Excellent choice for succulent red meats, game, game birds, barbecue, veal or beef stew, roast lamb and well-ripened hard cheeses, including Stilton.
