Description

Varietal composition: Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah

Terroir: The vineyards are located in an area with favorable climatic conditions - warm days and cool nights, which helps to accumulate aromas and preserve natural acidity. The soils are rich in minerals and predispose to the creation of dense, well-structured red wines.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted. After fermentation in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature, the wine is partially aged in oak barrels to achieve additional depth and complexity.

Organoleptic characteristics :

Aroma:Intense nose with dominant notes of dark berries, black cherry, spices and a slight hint of oak

Taste: Full and juicy, with well-structured tannins, balanced acidity and a long spicy-fruity finish

Food pairings:Suitable for red meats, game, mature cheeses and dishes with spicy sauces

Serving temperature: 16°–18°C

Aging potential:Up to 4–5 years after harvest

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
