Description

Podgio al Lupo is part of the Maramiero family and is distinguished by careful vineyard management, hand-selection and a commitment to clean, terroir-driven wines typical of coastal Tuscany.

Variety: Vermentino

Terroir: The vineyards are located in Maremma, along the Tuscan coast, on calcareous-sandy soils. The sea breeze, warm sunny days and cooler nights contribute to the aromatic freshness and mineral character of the variety.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested early in the morning. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve its citrus and floral profile. The wine is not aged in oak to remain fresh and straightforward.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light yellow with pale green highlights.
Aroma: Aromatic and lively - lime, white peach blossom, herbs and a slight marine nuance.
Taste: Fresh and firm, with a mineral line, citrus, green apple and a clean, refreshing finish.

Food pairings: Excellent with steamed mussels, seafood risotto, chicken with lemon and capers or fresh salads with avocado.

Serving temperature: 8°–10°C

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
