Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Tuscany region, on the hills near the Tyrrhenian Sea. The soils are sandy-clay with good drainage, and the climate is Mediterranean, with warm summer months and cool nights, which gives the wines freshness and minerality.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand, then fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. The wine does not undergo aging in oak barrels, which preserves the purity and freshness of the taste.
