Produced by: Levent Winery – a modern family winery located near the city of Ruse, near the Danube River. Founded with a mission to combine tradition and innovation, the winery focuses on local and international varieties, grown with respect for nature and the terroir of the region.
Varietal composition: Traminer and Vrachanski Misket
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Danube Plain, near Ruse, on clay-limestone soils with good drainage. The region has a temperate continental climate, with warm summers, cool evenings and moderate humidity, which creates excellent conditions for aromatic and fresh white wines.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked in the early morning hours to preserve freshness. After careful selection and gentle pressing, fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel vessels. A short stay on the fine lees contributes to greater depth and elegance.
