Description

The Minkovi Brothers Winery is among the leading producers in Bulgaria, with a modern wine cellar near the village of Venets, Karnobat, and traditions dating back to the early 20th century. The vineyards are located in the Sungurlar Valley region, where the climate and soils are particularly favorable for aromatic white varieties.

Variety: Tamyanka

Terroir: The grapes come from the vineyards near the village of Brestovets. The soils are mainly cinnamon forest with limestone inclusions, and the climate is characterized by warm summers and cool nights - a prerequisite for good concentration of aromas.

Vinification: Hand harvesting is followed by careful selection and gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature in order to maximally preserve the terroir and varietal character. The wine does not go through oak.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light straw with shine.
Aroma: Expressive nose of indriche, musk and flowers, complemented by citrus freshness.
Taste: Light and juicy, with notes of orange peel and muscat grape sweetness. The finish is refreshing and elegant.

Food pairing: Suitable for fresh salads, Thai cuisine, brie cheeses and fruit tarts.

Serving temperature: 8–10°C

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
