Varietal composition: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the northern part of Marlborough, on alluvial and clay soils, with slightly stony areas, which contribute to clean mineral notes and depth of the wine. The climate is temperate oceanic, with cool nights and long sunny days, which allow the grapes to retain fresh fruity aromas and natural acidity.
Vinification:
The grapes are hand-picked at optimal ripeness and subjected to gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruity character and aromatic purity. After a short stay on the fine lees, the wine is bottled young to preserve its freshness and expressiveness.
