Varietal composition: Sauvignon Blanc
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Nelson region, known for the sunniest climate in New Zealand, with over 2400 hours of sunshine per year. The soils are predominantly clay-limestone, providing excellent drainage and favorable conditions for growing aromatic varieties.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked in the early morning hours to preserve freshness and aromas. After careful selection, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
