Sauvignon Blanc Nelson Cliffs 2024 is an expressive and balanced white wine from the Nelson region, New Zealand, produced by Domaine Boyar – a Bulgarian winery with an international presence, known for the high quality of its wines and sustainable practices in viticulture and winemaking.

Varietal composition: Sauvignon Blanc

Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Nelson region, known for the sunniest climate in New Zealand, with over 2400 hours of sunshine per year. The soils are predominantly clay-limestone, providing excellent drainage and favorable conditions for growing aromatic varieties.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked in the early morning hours to preserve freshness and aromas. After careful selection, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Organoleptic characteristics

Aroma: Intense nose with notes of citrus, tropical fruits and freshly cut grass

Taste: Fresh and balanced taste with medium body, bright acidity and a long, clean finish with citrus and mineral accents

Food pairing: Suitable as an aperitif, as well as in combination with seafood, grilled fish, salads or light vegetarian dishes

Serving temperature: 8°–10°C

Aging potential: Up to 3 years after harvest

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
