A lively, fresh and tight white wine with a pronounced citrus line. It has bright and pleasantly refreshing acidity, mineral nuances and a long dry finish. The taste is light, elegant and very refreshing.
Food pairing:
Suitable for salads with goat cheese, seafood, shrimp, grilled white fish, sushi, as well as light vegetarian dishes. Excellent as an aperitif.
