Varieties: Chardonnay, Colombard
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the southern regions of Bulgaria, with soils that are predominantly sandy-clay and limestone, providing good drainage. The climate is continental-Mediterranean, with hot summer months and cool nights, which creates ideal conditions for growing these varieties, preserving their freshness and aromas.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. The wine is aged on its lees, which gives it additional texture and complexity, while maintaining the freshness of the taste.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light golden yellow with green hues.
Aroma: Fresh and intense, with notes of citrus, green apple and slightly floral accents.
Taste: Light to medium body with high acidity, which gives the wine a refreshing structure. The taste is balanced and fruity, with a pleasant and long aftertaste.
