It has been known since ancient times that the angels of heaven descend every night to earth to take their share of the casks full of the divine drink. And because the winged creatures are disembodied and modest, their share, called "Angel's Share" is only a few percent of the volume of the barrels, which the producers then happily supplement. Whether we hope in this way to propitiate the gods, or think that the wine will return through the heavenly creatures to the plants on which all our labor depends, is not so important. The main thing is that most of the divine drink, worthy of angels, remains for us - humans.

Inspired by this heavenly story, at the beginning of this spring, we at Midalidare Estate are sharing with wine lovers part of our Angel's Share. The new wine of the same name is varietal, entirely from Chardonnay and is offered at an attractive price.
