Terroir and region
Coming from one of the most prestigious names in the Loire Valley – Sancerre, this wine is an expression of the typical terroir of the region: limestone and flint soils that give the wines minerality, energy and sophistication. The temperate climate with cool nights preserves the natural freshness and aromatics of the grapes.
Varietal composition
100% Sauvignon Blanc
Wining
Hand picking and selection of grapes. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve freshness and primary aromas. No malolactic fermentation to emphasize the acid profile. The wine is aged briefly on fine lees for additional depth.
