Riesling Grillenparz / Riesling Grillenparz The "Grillenparz" vineyard is classified as Erste Lage - the Austrian designation for Grand Cru-vineyard, which is given to the best terroirs in the country. The terraced vineyards with mainly gneiss and schist soils amount to only 4 hectares, on which only Riesling is grown and only from Izba Krems. The vineyard is mentioned in written sources as early as 1180, and to this day one of Austria's most remarkable Rieslings comes from it. Tasting notes: classic finification in stainless steel tanks, aging on the yeast -  4 months, aging in the bottle - until September next year, when the wine goes on the market. On the nose: yellow peaches, renglots, pineapple, mirabella (yellow plum), quince. The body is a model of minerality and purity. Delicate in the first three years, with serious aging potential - minimum 20 years. Culinary recommendations: Riesling Grillenpartz is an ideal partner to classic dishes such as roast beef, chicken, river fish, but also to dishes from Chinese and Indian cuisine, sushi, fusion cuisine.
