Borgo Molino is an Italian winery with a long tradition, based in the Vicenza region, in the heart of Veneto.
The Chari series reflects the typical style of Northeastern Italy – freshness, elegance and pronounced fruitiness
Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the DOC delle Venezie area, covering parts of Veneto, Friuli and Trentino. The soils are mainly alluvial, with limestone and clay components, which provide good drainage and mineral character. The climate is temperate with influence from the Adriatic Sea and the Alps, which helps preserve the freshness and aromatic profile of the Pinot Grigio variety.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested in the early hours of the day to preserve freshness. This is followed by gentle pressing and fermentation at a controlled low temperature in stainless steel tanks. No oak aging is applied to preserve the pure fruit character and natural freshness of the wine.
