Description

Castello Banfi – one of the most renowned wineries in Italy, located in the Tuscany region. The winery is known for its attention to quality and sustainable viticulture, as well as for combining traditional Italian methods with modern winemaking technologies.

Varietal composition:
Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio

Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the hilly parts of Tuscany, on limestone-clay soils. The climate is typically Mediterranean – with warm days and cool nights, which preserves the freshness and aroma of the white varieties.

Vinification:
The grapes are harvested early in the morning to preserve the aromas and acidity. After careful pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled low temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is not aged in oak to emphasize its fresh, fruity character.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light yellow with brilliant greenish hues.
Aroma: Fresh and delicate nose with notes of green apple, peach, citrus and white flowers.
Taste: Light, elegant and harmonious taste with refreshing acidity and a clean, mineral finish.
Food pairing:
Suitable for salads, seafood, light pastas, white meats and soft cheeses.

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
