Variety: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Danube Plain, with soils that offer excellent drainage. The region has a temperate continental climate, characterized by long and sunny summer days, which ensures a slow and even ripening of the varieties.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel vessels. The wine is not aged in oak barrels to preserve freshness and fruity aromas.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light golden with copper highlights.
Aroma: Fresh and aromatic, with notes of citrus, peach and subtle floral accents.
Taste: Light to medium body, with well-balanced acidity, giving a crisp and refreshing structure. The taste is smooth and fruity with a slightly mineral aftertaste.
Food pairing: Excellent with fresh salads, fish dishes, pasta with white sauces, grilled vegetables and fresh seafood.
Serving temperature: 8°–10°C
Aging potential: Up to 3 years, the wine will retain its freshness for the first 2 years after harvest.
