Azienda Agricola Monte del Fra is a family winery founded in 1958, located between Lake Garda and Verona. The winery manages some of the best-kept vineyards in the Custozza and Valpolicella area and is distinguished by a sustainable approach to viticulture and precision in vinification.
Varietal composition: Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Cortese
Terroir: The vineyards are located on limestone-clay hills to the east of Lake Garda, with good air drainage and balanced solar exposure. The soft winds from the lake and the temperature amplitudes between day and night help to preserve freshness and aromatic depth.
Vinification: Each variety is vinified separately at a controlled temperature. After pressing and cold maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The blend is made after fermentation, and the wine is aged for a short time on the fine lees for greater softness and volume.
Organoleptic characteristics
Aroma: Fresh and floral nose with nuances of white peaches, lime, jasmine and green apples.

Food pairings: Suitable for pizza with white sauces, stuffed zucchini, pasta with ricotta and lemon or baked white fish.
Serving temperature: 8°–10°C
Aging potential: Up to 2–3 years after harvest
