Organoleptic characteristics
Color:
Pale yellow with delicate greenish reflections. Bright, crystal clear and impressively fresh in appearance.

Aroma:
A fine and aromatically complex nose with notes of white peach, pear, citrus peel, acacia and a light honey nuance. The typical Fiano combination of florality, delicate sweetness and mineral grace is recognizable. The aroma is clean, harmonious and modernly structured – completely in the spirit of the new vision.

Taste:
A fresh, elegant and well-balanced wine. The taste unfolds pear, peach, lime, hints of herbs and a mineral line typical of Salento. The body is medium to light, with a pleasantly soft texture and firm, refreshing acidity. The finish is clean, long, slightly salty and memorably fresh.

Food pairings:
Suitable for seafood, shrimp, mussels, white fish, salads, vegetable pastas, risotto, pizza "Biała", bruschetta, goat cheeses and light Mediterranean dishes. Ideal also as an aperitif on warm days.
