Winery: May Alkolyu Içkiller strives to combine traditional Turkish varieties with modern winemaking techniques, creating unique and authentic wines.

Variety: Emir, Narince

Terroir: The vineyards are located on limestone and clay soils, the climate is continental-Mediterranean with warm days and cool nights that promote the freshness of the grapes.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, partial aging on fine lees adds density and structure.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light yellow with greenish highlights.
Aroma: Delicate floral and citrus nuances, with light mineral notes and peach.
Taste: Fresh and lively, with good acidity, medium body and a finish with a slightly spicy-mineral finish.

Food pairings: Suitable for baked fish dishes, chicken with herbs, salads with citrus dressing or soft goat cheese.

Serving temperature: 8°–10°C
Aging potential: 1–2 years.

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
