Description

El Coto is known for its modern production and careful selection of grapes, which allows for a clean and expressive style of wines.

Variety: Sauvignon Blanc

Terroir: The vineyards are located at moderate altitudes with clay and sandy-clay soils, the climate is temperate-continental with cool evenings that preserve freshness and aromas.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, without aging in oak, in order to preserve the pure fruit-citrus character.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light yellow with soft greenish hues.
Aroma: Fresh nuances of lime, green apple and a delicate floral background.
Taste: Medium body, invigorating acidity, clean fruit notes and a refreshing aftertaste.

Food Pairings: Excellent with seafood, grilled white fish, salads with citrus dressing or soft cheese.

Serving Temperature: 8°–10°C
Aging Potential: 1–2 years to maintain freshness and aroma.

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
