Better Half is an innovative Bulgarian winery that combines traditional techniques and modern approaches, with a focus on the varietal characteristics and terroir of the Bulgarian vineyards. The Dalakov Qvevri series presents white wines produced using ancient technology with carefully selected local varieties.
Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the Thracian Lowlands, with a sunny climate and soils that allow for optimal ripeness and an expressive aromatic profile. The combination of different terroirs adds complexity and finesse to the final product.
Vinification:
The wine is produced using the traditional qvevri method, with the grapes fermenting in clay vessels, which allows for natural development of flavors and minimal intervention. The result is a fresh, aromatic and expressive white wine with a fine balance between varietal character and terroir.
