The climate is continental-Mediterranean, with hot summer months and cool nights, which creates ideal conditions for growing Blanc de Noir, preserving its freshness and aromas.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine undergoes aging in oak barrels, which gives the wine complexity and a slightly woody nuance, complementing the fruity aromas with real depth.
