Variety: Sauvignon Blanc (100%)
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Zmeevo region, with soils that are mainly sandy-clay and limestone, providing good drainage. The climate is temperate continental, with hot summer months and cool nights, which creates ideal conditions for growing Sauvignon Blanc, preserving its freshness and aromas.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel vessels. The wine does not undergo aging in oak barrels, in order to preserve the fruity and fresh aromas of Sauvignon Blanc.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light yellow with green hues.
Aroma: Fresh and intense, with notes of citrus, green apple and slightly grassy accents.
Taste: Light to medium body with high acidity, which gives the wine a crisp and refreshing structure. The taste is clean and balanced with a long and fruity fresh aftertaste.
Food pairing: Suitable for seafood, oysters, fish dishes, salads and pasta with fresh sauces.
Serving temperature: 8°–10°C
Aging potential: Up to 3 years, the wine will retain its freshness for the first 2 years after harvest.
