Fundador Sherry Cask Solera is brandy (distilled from grapes). The aging process is in barrels in which sherry wines of different varieties - Pedro Ximenez, Amontillado, Oloroso from the Jerez region were aged using the solera method. Bodega Fundador was founded in 1730.

Color: light amber.

Aroma: rich, rich and balanced, with woody notes, nuances of dried fruit and sherry casks.

Taste: fine, harmonious, with distinct shades of sherry, dried fruit and nuts.
