Juvé & Camps is a historic winery in Spain, known for its traditional method of cava production and the careful selection of grapes for elegant and complex sparkling wines.

Grape variety: Makebo, Parellada, Xarello

Terroir: The vineyards are located in Catalonia, on well-drained limestone-clay soils, the climate is Mediterranean with warm days and cool evenings that favor the development of fruity aromas and freshness.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand, primary fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle according to the traditional cava method, with prolonged aging for fine bubbles and complex aroma.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Deep pink with fine bubbles.
Aroma: Red fruits, raspberries and a slight floral nuance.
Taste: Medium body, fresh acidity, balanced fruity and citrus nuances with a long and elegant finish.

Food pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, with fruit desserts, light salads or seafood.

Serving temperature: 6°–8°C
Aging potential: 2–3 years

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
