Terroir
The vineyards are located in the Catalonia region, in the northeastern part of Spain. The area is characterized by a Mediterranean climate - warm, sunny days and cool nights, which help preserve the freshness and fruity aromas of the grapes. The soils are mainly limestone and clay-sandy, providing good drainage and favorable conditions for the development of the aromatic profile of the varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are vinified using the traditional red wine method. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vessels to preserve the fruity character. After the process is completed, the alcohol is removed through modern dealcoholization technology, which preserves the natural aromas and flavors of the wine, with the final product containing 0.0% alcohol.
