Pierre Chavin is a French producer specializing in the creation of modern wines with low or zero alcohol content. The Chavin Zéro series was developed for consumers looking for an authentic wine taste without alcohol. Sauvignon Blanc Chavin Zéro Vin de France 2025 is a non-alcoholic white wine that represents the fresh and aromatic style of the variety.
Terroir
The grapes come from vineyards in the southern regions of France, where the climate is mild Mediterranean with many sunny days. The soils are mainly limestone and sandy-clay, which provide good drainage and favor the development of the aromatic potential of the Sauvignon Blanc variety. These conditions help preserve the characteristic freshness and natural acidity of the grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then gently pressed to extract the pure juice. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled low temperature to preserve the typical varietal aromas. After vinification, the alcohol is removed using a modern dealcoholization technology, which allows the aromatic and flavor profile of the wine to be preserved, with the final product containing 0.0% alcohol.
