Jameson Single Pot Still embodies the traditional method of distilling Irish whiskey, hence its name. Malted and unmalted barley are triple-distilled for the rich silky smoothness that characterizes the whiskey and, as an addition, a distinctive spiciness of pot still distillates. The whiskey is aged in a combination of five oak casks, three of which are new Irish, European and American oak in addition to ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The end result is a whiskey that is both complex and smooth.

Flavors of woody spice, cinnamon and nutmeg intertwine with rich toasty oak, sweet honeycomb and salted caramel. Spicy fruit notes linger in the background along with milk fudge, butter and vanilla.
