Description

Bowmore 12 Year Old is a classic single malt from the oldest distillery on the island of Islay (established in 1779). It has won the hearts of many lovers of medium peated malt whiskies with its distinct iodine character and rich peppery flavour. The current 12 year old from Bowmore is a throwback to the classics from the 60s and 70s, with an emphasis on tropical fruits and smoke.

Bowmore 12 Year Old is the distillery's benchmark with dramatic notes of honeyed lemon and driftwood embers that transport you to the shores of Loch Indal. It is matured for 12 years in American bourbon oak casks and European Oloroso sherry casks before being carefully blended, with careful care taken to add distinct layers of flavour at every stage of the creation of Bowmore 12 Year Old. : from hand-processed malt, dried in peat kilns, through the fermentation period, to the necessary time for aging in hand-selected barrels.

Organoleptic characteristics

Color: delicate, pale amber-gold

Aroma: subtle sweetness of fresh lemon juice and honey, with a hint of heather, beautifully balanced by soft, earthy smokiness

Taste: warming the palate, with a taste of fresh berries, sprinkled with flakes of dark chocolate

Final: every sip leaves behind a sweet cloud of smoke

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
