Production process:
It is produced by double distillation of grape spirit in combination with high-quality aniseed. Part of the distillates are aged in oak barrels, which gives it a more golden hue, velvety texture and a deeper aromatic profile. The production follows the traditional methods of Turkish rakı, combined with modern quality control.
